Lotus Organic Potato Flakes are a nutritious, sulphite free and convenient pantry staple. Make instant mash, gnocchi or croquettes in minutes. Add to fish or vegetable patties, top cottage pies, or use to thicken soups and other dishes.

A quick and easy family favourite! Traditional Mash: Combine 1 cup of Lotus Organic Potato Flakes with 400mL of boiling water in a bowl and stir until smooth. For firmer/softer mashed potato, use less/more water. Creamy Mash: Combine 1 cup (250mL) of boiling water with 1 cup of hot milk and add 2 tbsp butter. Vegan Mash: Combine 1 cup (250mL) of boiling water with 1 cup of hot plant-based milk and 2 tbsp olive oil. Adjust butter/oil to taste and season with salt and pepper.
