A quick and easy family favourite! Traditional Mash: Combine 1 cup of Lotus Organic Potato Flakes with 400mL of boiling water in a bowl and stir until smooth. For firmer/softer mashed potato, use less/more water. Creamy Mash: Combine 1 cup (250mL) of boiling water with 1 cup of hot milk and add 2 tbsp butter. Vegan Mash: Combine 1 cup (250mL) of boiling water with 1 cup of hot plant-based milk and 2 tbsp olive oil. Adjust butter/oil to taste and season with salt and pepper.
